5. User-Generated Content

The Service may allow users to submit, upload, publish, transmit, or otherwise make available text, images, videos, audio, links, comments, profiles, designs, interactive experiences, and other materials ("User Content").

You retain ownership of your User Content, subject to the rights you grant to Closer Pages under these Terms.

License to Closer Pages

By submitting User Content, you grant Closer Pages a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, display, transmit, and distribute that content as reasonably necessary to operate, maintain, improve, and promote the Service.

You represent that you have all rights necessary to provide the User Content and grant the licenses described in these Terms.

You are responsible for determining and satisfying your own tax obligations arising from your use of the Service and receipt of creator earnings.
