• Digital products and other creator offerings.
• Virtual Coins or other platform credits.
• Creator monetization and payouts.

We may add, modify, suspend, or remove features from the Service at any time.

Certain features require you to create an account.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information.
• Keep your account information current.
• Maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Not share your account with unauthorized persons.
• Notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.

You are responsible for activity occurring through your account, except where such activity results from circumstances for which you are not legally responsible.

Creators may use Closer Pages to build pages, publish content, interact with audiences, and monetize their offerings.

Creators are solely responsible for the content, products, services, claims, and experiences they make available through their pages.

Creators must ensure that their content and offerings comply with applicable laws, regulations, these Terms, and any additional platform policies.

Closer Pages does not guarantee the accuracy, legality, quality, availability, or performance of content or offerings provided by individual creators.

The Service may allow users to submit, upload, publish, transmit, or otherwise make available text, images, videos, audio, links, comments, profiles, designs, interactive experiences, and other materials ("User Content").

You retain ownership of your User Content, subject to the rights you grant to Closer Pages under these Terms.

Certain features and content may require payment.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers. By making a purchase, you authorize the applicable payment provider to process the transaction using the payment method you provide.

Prices, taxes, transaction fees, and other applicable charges will be presented before a purchase is completed where required by law.

Creators may independently determine prices for eligible products, content, or experiences they offer through the platform, subject to platform rules and applicable law.

Closer Pages may offer virtual Coins or similar platform credits that can be used for eligible interactions, purchases, access mechanisms, or other features.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Coins:

• Are not legal tender.
• Are not a bank deposit or financial instrument.
• Do not represent ownership in Closer Pages.
• Cannot be transferred outside the Service except where expressly permitted.
• Have no independent monetary value outside the Service.

We may modify the availability, functionality, or permitted uses of Coins where reasonably necessary to operate the Service or comply with applicable law.

Eligible creators may receive earnings from qualifying transactions conducted through the Service.

Creator earnings may be subject to platform fees, payment processing fees, refunds, chargebacks, taxes, reserves, fraud prevention measures, and other applicable adjustments.

Payouts may be subject to identity verification, payment-provider requirements, minimum payout thresholds, review periods, and applicable legal or regulatory requirements.

You are responsible for determining and satisfying your own tax obligations arising from your use of the Service and receipt of creator earnings.

Closer Pages may charge fees for certain features, transactions, creator services, subscriptions, page functionality, payment processing, or other services.

Applicable fees will be disclosed through the Service or otherwise communicated before they become payable where required by law.

We reserve the right to introduce, modify, or discontinue fees, subject to applicable legal requirements.
